What are we looking for?

A committed individual who wants to partner with a growing/innovative company for the long term. Someone who can give their all and is excited to be involved in sustainability. Key responsibilities:

  • Primary contact for all inbound calls and company email.
  • Nurture projects through the project pipeline using our custom built CRM software, coordinate network, retail and meter applications.
  • Stock administration, weekly ordering, process of stock in, and stock takes.
  • Upkeep of our vehicle fleet and other operational assets.
  • Help enrich our positive company culture and enjoy work/life in the mountains!

Qualified Electrician 


Our business is built on doing things right, prioritising quality and execution. We work closely with our customers to design, quote and install the best solar and battery system for them. 

We’re ideally looking for someone with plenty electrical experience with an interest in solar and storage. A technically-minded ‘people’ person with the ability to lead small teams and see projects through to completion. You’ll be supported by a team of industry experts, and in time, will lead a project from inception to completion.  You should meet the following requirements:

Essential

  • Electrical Worker’s licence (EWRB).
  • Experience in leading small teams.
  • Experience in managing small projects.
  • Excellent electrical understanding and practical implementation.
  • Strong customer focus with a mature, practical and common sense outlook.
  • Mechanically minded. 
  • A drive to see tasks through to completion.
  • Computer savvy.
  • Be highly detail oriented.
  • A great relationship builder.
  • Full driver’s licence.
  • A good level of physical fitness.

Desirable 

  • Prior experience in solar and storage.
  • Working at Height/Rope Access experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead all aspects of your team’s assigned projects from start to finish. 
  • Ensure projects are completed in a timely and cost effective manner, to the highest quality standard. 
  • Be the primary point of contact for the operations / project manager. 
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction. 
  • Manage team and project safety, in line with company health and safety policy. 
  • Provide technical input into design. 
  • Lead breakdown resolution and fault finding.
